Taco Salad Recipe Modifications

Taco Salad has always been a favorite dish in my house, served on Taco Tuesdays, holidays, and special occasion. This delicious modification of switching ground beef to Texturized Vegetable Protein, (TVP) made from soy, rivals the taste of ground beef, but is way lower in saturated fat, sodium, and calories; while being higher in fiber and other nutrients!
